Welcome to our visiting student András Sass
We are delighted to welcome András Sass as an invited visiting student at the Bosch IoT Lab.
András Sass is pursuing a master’s program in applied technical mathematics at the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. His research interest focuses on machine learning use cases in healthcare. During his eight-month stay from March 2022 until November 2022 he is working on the problem of glucose level prediction in diabetes patients to further the development of artificial pancreas systems. Considering the necessary robustness of health-related predictions, he studies the generalizability of glucose prediction models to unusual scenarios (e.g., change of glucose sensor).
